customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something
is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. As with most stores, we do not accept returns on personalized items.
Your order is made to your specifications and cannot be resold to someone else if it is returned. Since these are custom orders,
we will not be able to give you cash back.

We work hard to provide and use the best quality available. Before any of our custom/personalized pieces
are shipped we inspect it for quality and craftmanship. However, if your custom jewelry piece was made incorrectly (not
to your specifications) or has a defect (in manufacturing) we will be happy to replace it at no charge. Please notify us immediately
for further instructions. We will refund your shipping charges in credit.
